The developers of Orchard Gateway are Far East Organization, United Engineers Limited and Overseas Chinese Banking Corporation. The main architect in charge of the project is Tange & Associate. 

Orchard Gateway consists of 21 storeys ; Orchard Gateway @ Emerlad is 14 storeys tall with the mall which has 6 levels including 2 basement levels. The total retail floor area is 180,000 sqft.
